Resumen
La enfermedad de Sjögren es una enfermedad autoinmune sistémica cuyo elemento cardinal es el síndrome seco, acompañado frecuentemente de agrandamiento de glándulas exocrinas y potencialmente compromiso extraglandular, configurando subtipos diferentes con pronósticos y tratamientos diversos.
